Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within one business day of receipt (if acceptable payment is received).  Any special requests may delay when your order will ship.

 

Order Status

You can login anytime and track the progress of your order. Additionally, we email you a shipping notification within one business day when your order is processed and is ready to ship (will ship that day or the next day if the shipper has already made the last picked up of the day).

 

How Do I Change Quantities Or Cancel An Item In My Order?

Contact us at ehobbyzone.com to request any change to your order.  Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order may no longer be able to be changed.

 

How Do I Track My Order?

Click the "My Account" to review your orders.  The shipping information including the tracking number is on the lower right side of the page.
